Our greatest advantage is our newly developed patient-centered physician coaching (PCPC) service. Our coaches will assist our clients in obtaining the best healthcare available while reducing their risks of medical harm. Our clients will receive regular individualized recommendations based on their medical conditions. Most patients do not have the time, interest, or ability to properly keep an up-to-date comprehensive personal health record. We will provide a high touch service with human interaction and guidance and provide our clients with a record in layman’s language. This record will be available in various formats, including a written record for the elderly; wallet sized cards for everyday use, electronic format for the traveler, and web-based access for the internet savvy clients.
