William R. Betz, MD, FACP
 | Our CEO and founder, William R. Betz, MD, is a board certified internist and fellow in the American College of Physicians with 25 years of experience in healthcare. He is a certified physician executive (CPE) and has served on numerous hospital boards and patient safety committees. He has been instrumental in developing many patient safety programs and actively teaches patient safety to other physicians. Dr. Betz has considerable experience in leadership and has served as an associate chief medical officer as well as a departmental chair at a large medical center. He has been studying and working in the field of patient safety for many years and is dedicated to protecting patients from medical harm. Dr. Betz has also worked with health record database development and electronic prescribing. |
Not only has Dr. Betz studied this important field intensely, but he has attended many regional and national conferences on patient safety. Dr. Betz has been instrumental in developing a new medical tool, the patient centered physician coach, to help you maintain your health. This new concept, the physician coach, provides you with an independent physician, who reviews your medical record and current medications, and makes suggestions that you can discuss with your personal physician. With our program you will be assigned a physician coach who will help you gather your information and assist you in building a concise and accurate personalized home health record. Oversight of your healthcare program will be completed by a board certified Internist, a medical physician specializing in adult medicine. Our program will help you to keep an up-to-date complete health history, that is portable, easy to understand and available in times of emergencies.
