Personalized Health Care Records That Reduce Medical Risk

National Health Information Services founder, William R. Betz, MD, has developed a new software program, called SafeCareSoftware (SCS), designed to capture a client’s entire health history with a special emphasis on patient safety.  It has been designed to improve communication between health care providers and systems while reducing errors of omission and commission. Our new software builds a client’s entire health history and will remain comprehensive and current over time. Using this new software our client’s health record becomes flexible and portable and is patient centered. This new software is specifically designed to be patient friendly and will greatly assist in improving one’s healthcare. We believe every patient should have access to their entire health history, including current medications, allergies, medical and surgical history, family history, etc. at all times. This new medical tool is designed to improve the health of our clients while reducing healthcare costs and reducing the risk of medical errors.

Patient Centered Physician Coaching

Every client will be assigned a physician coach. This new medical tool, the Patient Centered Physician Coach (PCPC), will use the health information gathered through the use of our newly developed health record software, SafeCareSoftware, to develop individualized recommendations to improve our client’s health and safety.  Our patient-centered physician coaches are specially trained in patient safety and recommending therapies based on evidence-based medicine and national guidelines. Our coaches will act as a safety-net for our clients.
